ADF Industrial Coating Inc. operates a 48,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Great Falls, Montana.

Our team has over three decades of first-hand industry experience.

We are focused on creating value-added services for our clients through timely delivery of quality products in accordance with the industry’s highest standards and offering outstanding services.

By providing our clients access to state-of- the-art facilities and a comprehensive industry knowledge, we ensure that their expectations and objectives are met.



PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We can process several different types, sizes and shapes of products ranging from steel structures, large and complex steel components, industrial piping and tanks and industrial equipment.

OUR OFFER INCLUDES:

Abrasive blast cleaning and application of all types of industrial coatings, epoxies, intumescent paints, special linings, 100% solids and more.

We also offer pre- and post-fabrication services.

Our company is an Approved Applicator for several major brands of industrial coatings, epoxies, special linings and intumescent paints.

Coatings

AKZO Nobel (International Devoe, Ceilcote, etc.), Ameron, Carboline, Hempel, PPG, Sherwin-Williams, Tnemec, etc.

Intumescent paints

Interchar, Chartek, Firetex, Thermolag, and other specialized products.



OUR FACILITIES

Built in 2014, our paint and blast shop is equipped with the latest technologies and cutting-edge equipment.

Our weekly capacity is between 250-500 tons.

OUR PLANT’S FEATURES INCLUDE:

  • Large blast and paint area production (85’ W x 527’ L x 40’ H).
  • Fully enclosed manual blast room with a transfer cart system with a 50-ton capacity.
  • Automatic 14-turbine IBT blasting machine, equipped with a 7’ x 10’ blasting zone and a conveyor roll system.
  • 27-ton (25,000 kg) overhead cranes with up to 29’ net clearance.
  • Unique stacking paint bench system.
  • Airless or air-assisted airless pumps with conventional and plural equipment.


OUR FACILITIES

WE TAKE OUR ENVIRONMENT SERIOUSLY

Our new paint and blast shop was designed to meet the highest environmental requirements.

In keeping with the industry’s highest standards while reducing our environmental footprint as much as possible, we have invested significantly in new technologies:

  • 117,000-CFM ventilated coating area.
  • High-efficiency filter walls that remove more than 99% of particulate from the exhausted air.
  • Air make-ups and exhaust stacks working in drying and spray modes.
  • Environmentally-controlled paint storage with spill containment.
  • We use high solids, low volatile organic compound coatings and recyclable steel shots and grit abrasives.


OUR CERTIFICATIONS

ADF Industrial Coating Inc. is a corporate member of the SSPC and holds the
SSPC QP 3 Certification Program
(Shop Painting Certification Program)
and the
NACE Coating Inspector Certification Program
(Levels 1, 2 and 3),
attesting to our commitment to quality.
